Our Team

Roxana Axini, MA

Managing Partner

Roxana is the managing partner of SHL Talent Development and she leads our firm’s focus on helping organizations achieve the next level of growth through the strategic use of people development solutions. With an HR background in both multinational as well as local entrepreneurial environments, Roxana is passionate about the people and business transformation and the untapped potential of the millennial generation. Building on an academic specialization in Organizational Psychology, Roxana pursued further professional specializations in assessment methodologies (CEB/SHL Talent Assessments, Lominger by Korn/Ferry Institute, UK), in leadership development (Self-Management Leadership by Oxford Leadership Academy, Netherlands), systemic coaching (Metasysteme, France), executive coaching (Centre for Executive Coaching, US) and results coaching (Robbins Research International, US). She is currently a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation.

Andrei Ion, PhD


Andrei is a founding partner of SHL Talent Development and he leads our firm’s focus on competency-anchored development solutions. With a background in both business and academia, Andrei’s area of interest is drawing on behavioral science in designing talent development programs and solutions. With a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Andrei is currently Associate Professor with the Faculty of Psychology, University of Bucharest and Managing Director of CEB/SHL Talent Assessment. Andrei is a member in SIOP’s (Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology) extended managerial team, holding a position as committee member in the International Affairs Committee.

Mihai Muntean, MBA


Mihai is a founding partner of SHL Talent Development and he leads our firm’s focus on helping our clients develop strong executive teams. With a multidisciplinary background in HR, Sales and Finance and several years of Boarrd-level experience in leading financial organizations, Mihai is passionate about the role systems thinking, appreciative inquiry and transition management practices play in supporting the effective leadership of organizational change programs. Mihai has earned an MBA in General Management from the Central European University, an MA in Managing Adult Education from the “Al. I. Cuza” University and has pursued further professional specializations in the fields of strategic sales force management (Management Centre Europe, Belgium), general management (European Centre for Executive Development, France) and systemic coaching (Metasysteme, France).

Ioana Panc, PhD


Ioana is a consultant with SHL Talent Development with a focus on career development and leadership development projects. Ioana’s professional interests are in the area of self-directed career development and positive psychology. She provides support to all those searching to fulfill their career potential – teenagers, students, employees, entrepreneurs, either in individual setting or by facilitating group sessions, believing that work is a valuable resources towards reaching wellbeing and a meaningful life. Her professional background includes expertise in human resources consultancy, project management, management in international professional organizations and higher education institutions. As an International certified Master Trainer GCDF (Global Career Development Facilitator), Ioana Panc trained and supervised over 300 career facilitators, both in academic and business environments, in Romania and internationally. She is also an Associate Professor, teaching career counseling at University Titu Maiorescu and University of Bucharest.

Andreea Petrus, MA


Andreea is a consultant with SHL Talent Development with a focus on leadership and emotional competencies development. Her professional background is diverse, including auditing and consulting projects for commercial banks, as well as organizational trainings and development interventions for companies in various industries. She is currently an associated lector at the University of Bucharest, teaching Training and Interventions for developing emotional competencies, while conducting research studies on leadership for her doctoral project. She is also a solution focused brief psychotherapist and counselor.

Violeta Caragea, PhD


Violeta is a consultant at SHL Talent Development focusing on leadership development projects. She is mainly interested in supporting self-directed learning and effective organizational learning processes. Since 2006, Violeta has partnered with national and international organizations for various projects in the area of training of trainers and teachers, organizational culture, individual and organizational performance assessment, and self-directed learning counseling of young people.

She is also a scientific researcher at the Institute of Educational Sciences in Romania and has been awarded with a BA, an MA and an PhD in Education Sciences by the University of Bucharest. Moreover, she recently graduated from a MSc in Neurobiology where she pursued experimental training in neuroscientific research of learning and memory processes.
